We welcome applications submitted by post or E-mail. Please note that in order to be able to make a full assessment of your application, we require a covering letter, your CV and all certificates, testimonials and references.
After your application has been checked by the Human Resources department, we shall forward your documents without delay to the
department concerned. In total this will take about 2-3 weeks. In the mean time we hope that you can have a little patience with us.

If we find your personal details to be of interest to us, we will be pleased to invite you to an interview. The interview will be with the head of the department concerned, along with a representative of the Human Resources department. The purpose of the interview is to get to know each other. Among other things you will be informed about Schmidt-Seeger as a company and about your future area of work. If you are interested we will also be pleased to show you around the company so that you can gain a full picture of your potential workplace.
Following this initial interview you will either receive feedback from us immediately, with an offer or a rejection, or you will be invited to attend a second interview. The decision to invite you to a second interview has nothing to do with you as a person or with your qualifications, but is taken in dependency on the post to be filled. We shall of course contact you as soon as possible. In the case of a positive decision we shall send you a contract of employment about a week later.
